I love the google homepage right now. All the colorful dots make me very happy. It's also nice that it's interactive. I can't stop running my cursor over it! I dare you to not smile when you see it.
I would like the void in my heart to be permanently filled with happiness. I hate the feeling of knowing that something is missing but not knowing what it is or how to fix it.
... Go ahead, answer the question.
Before the end of today, what would you wish to happen?
Sometimes street art is my favorite art. Not sure who did these, but I love them. All three photos are taken of the same wall, in order from left to right.
I particularly like the kitty with the crown on his head. I wish I had gotten a better photo of it. Perhaps I will get a better photo if it is still up the next time I drive past.
My second letter for the alphabet blog hop is the letter X. I thought that it would be a challenge, but as it turns out ... it was easier than to do than the letter E!

I painted these two little beauties for my favorite two little Italians. The first one is inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany's and the second from a photo of the littlest Italian twirling around that was taken the last time I visited them.
As always, if you're interested in a custom painting please contact me at ilovemyleni(at)gmail(dot)com for pricing details.
The inspiration for my current painting is a little girl that loves Breakfast at Tiffany's and Tiffany & Co. Clearly, she's a little girl after my own heart.
I have a friend's bridal shower to go to on Saturday, then I'm off to Irvine to drop off the Spunky and hang out with my sisters on Sunday. I hope that I am able to find a little more time to paint this weekend. [I have a couple of paintings that I'm trying to get done for two special little girls that are making the big move from Italy to the United States.]
I was trying to watch 9 by design on Bravo [Can someone please tell me why they don't post the full episodes online?!] and came across a new show. I just watched the first episode of Work of Art and I love it. The contestants are full of so much talent and inspiration. I don't like that it is so similar to Project Runway, but I'm looking forward to seeing future episodes.
