Last week, I walked passed an office building with huge walls of windows. Through the windows, I spotted these two lovely little quotes and immediately pulled out my camera for a couple of photos. They're great quotes that apply to both home design and life.
Quote 1:
"Plan your EXIT like you plan your ENTRANCE."
"
So true, isn't it?! In design, it's the last impression given just before a person leaves. In life, people are so preoccupied with "making an entrence" but do they put the same emphasis and effort on "making an exit"? Either way, it's the last thing people see. Will they leave with a positive feeling or a negative feeling? Just a thought to consider.
Second quote:
"Plan
1. Define space"
I have no idea what the next steps are, but number one is so important! Define the space, set the boundaries. Critical in home design, critical in life.
Absolutely brilliant finds! I love how both really get you thinking.
