Today is my last day of work and I'm beyond excited. The last few weeks have been rough and I'm glad it has all come to an end. This will most likely be the end of scientific research for me.

I am really looking forward to starting the teaching credential program in a few weeks. I have already ordered my books and done my school shopping. Classes don't start until August 24th, so that gives me two weeks of down time.

In those two weeks, I am going to:

• catch up on blogs (I can't even remember when I last read them! My google reader count is 1000+!)
• paint
• get back into running regularly
• tan poolside with a good book
• get lots of Spunky love
• spend some quality time with M before I have to move back to Irvine
• finish my 28 before 28 list
• rotate and balance the tires on my car
• enjoy longs walks with my camera
• visit some art galleries
