The morning of M's birthday, I woke up SUPER early to go to work and get my research done for the day. Wait, I should mention that I stopped by Starbucks before work to grab some caffeine. (I was half asleep at 5 am!) I then drove over to where M lives. (That took about an hour.) I went to another Starbucks down the street from M's work and finished up the details for his birthday scavenger hunt. Obviously, at this point the camera was still working.
In those cards below are the finished clues:
After putting the finishing touches on, I drove around to each clue site to drop off the clues.
In a later post I will tell you about the clues and scavenger hunt in more details. (I will also have more photos of the clues.)
Around 1pm, M and I had lunch together (before the scavenger hunt even started.) Well, technically, he opened the first envelope that read, "Come down stairs and let me in." But he had no clue that it was part of a scavenger hunt at that time.
Just before "leaving", I handed M the camera to keep. (The building M works in doesn't allow cameras. And since he has a pass to get in, they don't search him. I had to leave the camera in the car when I went in because they 'discovered' the camera in my purse. Anyhow, that the excuse I used to have M keep the camera. Remember, he would need it for the scavenger hunt later.)
M managed to snap the following pictures:
The three photos above are in the exact order they were taken. They are also the last three photos to have been taken with the camera.
Although I have no idea what those last two photos are, if they could talk, I have a feeling they might explain how exactly the camera became broken.
What fun! Can't wait for the details.
