
Many years ago I was a bad relationship that caused me to gain A LOT of weight. I was able to lose about 75% of that weight, but I still have a little ways to go. A couple of years back I hit a plateau and have stayed there ever since. I have had "Lose the last poundage." on my list for the last couple of years, but to no avail, it has managed to stay. Somehow, I even managed to train and run a half marathon and my numbers still hadn't budged!
With the deadline to complete my 28 before 28 list less than two months away, I really don't want to have to put that on my list for another year! It's time to put on my running shoes again and count my calories.
