Halloween is great because you get candy and see little kids in cute costumes. Maybe, you even go to a haunted house or a pumpkin patch. I'm not a fan of Halloween, though. It's not on my top list of holidays (number 1 being Easter). And here's why: As soon as Halloween is over - and I mean 12:01 AM on November 1 - the Christmas carols start playing. Don't get me wrong, I'm not Scrooge. Christmas carols are nice - just NOT in November! There should be a law stating that it is illegal to play Christmas carols before December 1. In fact, it should also be illegal to have up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving! Those November carols and decorations just ruin Halloween and Thanksgiving for me! With that said, keep your Christmas items and songs to yourself until December, and have a fun and safe Halloween!
